Catalan Holiday Homes offer tailor-made packages to meet your short and/or long term requirements. We take care of all your property needs. Our team has many years of experience supporting both resident and non resident holiday home owners. You may simply worry about your property being left unoccupied for months, we are happy to visit your property on a specified basis giving you reports and peace of mind. Property & Land Finder ServiceWe can introduce you to local estate agents and property developers, all appointments can be made by us. If needed help with translation is available. We also have many contacts locally, so can offer advice on property soon to be marketed. As an introduction to Catalan Holiday Homes we are pleased to offer this service free of charge initially. Guest ChangeoverWe offer an efficient and reliable changeover service which enables guests to quickly start to enjoy their holiday. We meet and greet all new guests with a fully checked inventory of your household goods, they will receive a tour of your property with a comprehensive explanation of all the do's and dont's for getting the best from your accommodation. All delivered in a courteous and professional manner. We can also offer an optional starter pack in which we can arrange to provide for your guests - details below. They will also be given a list of contact numbers in which they are able to contact 24h in case of emergency. All the peace and mind you need and at an affordable price. Costs vary depending upon property and type of changeover required, please contact us for a quote. Email: sales@catalanholidayhomes.co.uk Cleaning/LaundryThe service we provide includes a full basic clean of all the rooms in your property. If bedding is supplied to guests, we change all bed linen and towels and have the bedding washed and dried ready for the next guests arrival. If you prefer provide additional sets of bedding we will launder this and return on the following changeover. If there are other requirements we are happy to discuss alternative arrangements or any additional services. Visitor Starter PackWhy not get your guests off to a flying start with this essential starter pack made available to them on their arrival. Payment can be made on day of arrival by the guest
or paid in advance via the booking payments.
Pool CleaningOur pool maintenance service recommends that all pools are cleaned twice a week during the summer to maintain appropriate hygiene and maintenance. All guests are made aware that the pool will be cleaned, and at what time, during our welcome briefing. We carry out the cleans either first thing in the morning or early evening ensuring that we do not disturb the guests enjoyment of the pool whilst on their holidays. Garden MaintenanceMaintaining an attractive garden for your guests can be challenging in the Catalan climate. You may return to your property and find everything over grown or very dry due to the extreme climate changes. This is where Catalan Holiday Homes can offer a basic gardening maintenance service . Your garden could be watered thoroughly twice per week by us and all plants and trees maintained according to their needs or additional instructions from you. If there are other more detailed gardening needs you have we are happy to discuss them with you. General MaintenanceMaintenance tasks undertaken upon request. During the winter months we can help maintain your property in good condition. We can organise regular painting, decorating and deep cleaning or even manage a larger scale improvement or repair on your behalf. Individual quotes can be provided. Key WatchDo you ever sit at home worrying if your property is OK, when the weather report states heavy rain, snow, winds etc? We can set your mind at ease. We provide a property check once a fortnight, or more frequently if you require. Throughout the winter months of December - February, or whenever you ask, we visit your property and we can email you pictures, if requested. Should the worst happen and your property is damaged we can manage the repairs on your behalf and send you regular updates. Mail Collection and forwardingAll mail will be collected fortnightly (more frequently for an additional charge) , sorted and sent to your forwarding address. An additional charge will be required every 6 months for the purchase of stamps and envelopes, dependant upon the volume of mail. Marketing your propertyWhile joining Catalan Holiday Homes list of properties will assist with the marketing of your holiday villa to potential guests, you may feel that your property would benefit from its own website. This will allow guests to get more information about your property and the surrounding area. It could also be used in other marketing initiatives. The information on your site could form part of the guest handbook, you make available in the property, or could be provided on CD or DVD to potential guests.
