Property Description

Villa Roses is a detached villa set in well stocked gardens with private pool area with secluded sunbathing terrace. To the rear of the garden there is a small play area containing swings and see-saw. BBQ available along with ample seating. There are three bedrooms, 2 double and 1 single. The lounge area is comfortable and contains LCD sky TV and DVD, the dining room is located opposite which seats 6 people within view of the open plan kitchen area. The kitchen contains large American style fridge freezer with cold water dispenser and six burner stainless steel gas hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom contains vanity units with bath and shower. St Jean has two fantastic lakes within a 2 min walk, offering a range of activities. The villa is within walking distance of all local amenities.

St Jean is situated in a fantastic location you can be sitting on the beach at Argeles Sur Mer in 15 minutes, and if you continue a little further you will arrive at St Cyprien, then Canet en Rouisillion were there is plenty of beach activities available and Aqua park. You are a 10 minute drive away from the Spanish boarder taking you onto the Costa Brava. Figueres is a 30 minute drive were you have the famous Dahl museum, Roses 45 minutes, were there is another water park Aqua Brava and Barcelona 1hr 30mins. If you drive 45 minutes up into the mountains you will arrive at the start of the ski resorts were you can enjoy bathing in the natural springs of St Thomas les Bains. You also have the local villages such as Ameilie les Bains again they offer all the natural spring treatment, Arles sur Tech, Le Boulou and Maureillas which are all within a 5 minute drive from one to another. Castlenoue is one of the most attractive villages in the region, you can be there within 45 mins
