Property Description

A recently decorated studio apartment with bathroom with bath/shower, sink and toilet, bunk beds in alcove in corridor and double sofa bed in the lounge.

There is also an American kitchen and dining room table in the lounge. Double doors open up onto terrace and small garden. There is a lovely swimming pool in the complex that has stunning views of Mount Canigou and the lake. There is direct access to the lake and the beach is a 10 minute walk.

The apartment is ideally situated for both beach and lake making it an ideal centre for water sports, fishing, cycling and many more activities. The town has numerous restaurants, bars, cafes and night life, as well as loads of entertainment in the summer months.
