Property Description

The apartment very light space situated the 3rd floor of a purpose built building. It features large French shuttered windows overlooking the Pyrenees. Canet has typical Mediterranean square adorned with magnolias and palm trees, with cafes and restaurants and a casino for those who live life dangerously that open late in the night.

The markets of Perpignan are particularly coloured and aromatic. Rich in fruits and vegetables: salads, tomatoes, peppers strawberries, peaches, apricots - all the charm of the Catalan markets, exuberant and southern in spirit. Canet has it's own market everyday and it moves to the beautiful promenade along the coast line on an evening

Perpignan City (20 minutes by car) is the vibrant centre of this Catalan region in Southern France with good transport links: Perpignan airport is situated to the north of the city and within 10 minutes drive from the apartment. The mainline railway station is situated in this northern part of the City and is a short taxi ride from Rue Augustins. Reasonably priced car parking is available in the various public car parks.

The apartment consists of a large lounge area with dining area for 6 people, two double bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom. The space is ideally suited for a families and couples, and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. Bed linen and hand towels are provided (however, visitors are asked to provide their own beach towels).
