Superb mountain views from 3 balconies characterise this village house situated in the small friendly village of St Jean Pla de Corts, 5km from Ceret, in the foothills of the Pyrenees - a land of mountains, gorges, forests, streams, cherry orchards and vineyards, close to Mediterranean beaches and the Spanish border. Within easy reach of Perpignan or Gerona airports.

The accommodation is divided into two, but each is completely self-contained and has its own entrance from the street. The main house consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge/diner, kitchen and small sunroom; whilst the ground floor studio flat consists of bathroom, large kitchen area, sitting/sleeping area and terrace.

Main house - sleeps 4/5

The accommodation is on the top two floors (first and second floors from the rear entrance, which is actually the front door!). Each level has a balcony facing south with superb uninterrupted views across the river Tech to the Alberes mountains, with garden table and chairs for outdoor dining.

On the upper level is a lounge/diner with comfortable sofa bed, dining table and chairs for 6, television (French channels only) and VCR with selection of videos, and kitchen with gas cooker, large fridge/freezer and microwave etc. On the lower level are 2 bedrooms (each with double bed), and bathroom consisting of shower, toilet and sink. From the main bedroom, which leads into a small sunroom and then out onto the balcony, you can lie in bed and watch the sun come up over the mountains!

Studio flat - sleeps 2

On the ground floor from the rear entrance is a small newly converted studio flat comprising: bathroom, kitchen area with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, sitting/sleeping area with double sofa bed, TV and VCR, and large vine covered terrace with garden table and chairs, again with the south facing view of the mountains.
