Property Description

A spacious, modern 3 double bedroom villa and pool. Set in 100 acres of private woodland, very calm and secluded. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and air conditioning with linen, towels & pool towels provided (cot & highchair also available).

Fully equipped high spec. kitchen and dining room, laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. Also a huge (40 m2) lunge/TV room with UK sat TV, DVD, CD players, Board games, CD’s & DVD’s. Large terrace for dining outside and gas barbecue. The pool measures 14m x 7m and is 1m to 2.5m deep with summerhouse, table & chairs, sun loungers, parasols, ping pong & pool tables.

Situated in the foothills of the Pyrynees in the village of Oms near the medieval market village of Ceret which has many bars and restaurants and is also well known for its art museum. Influenced by many famous artists such as Monet, Van Gogh and Matisse who all found inspiration in the surrounding countryside.

Between 30 and 40 minutes to Perpignan, beaches, Spanish border, 2 championship golf courses as well as many other fun activities and places to visit (see "things to do").
